Kyle Mills is the New York Times bestselling author of eight books, including Rising Phoenix, The Second Horseman and Fade. Growing up in Oregon as the son of an FBI agent, Kyle absorbed an enormous amount of information about the Bureau, which he incorporates into his novels.
